Job Title: SAP Business Analyst

JD:
· Lead the implementation,
customization, and enhancement of SAP modules tailored to meet the specific
requirements of FMCG business processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams including IT, business stakeholders, and SAP consultants to gather
requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP systems.
· Conduct gap analysis to identify
discrepancies between business needs and SAP functionalities, and propose
solutions to bridge the gaps.
· Business Process Optimization:
· Analyze existing FMCG business
processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP system
optimization and automation.
· Streamline order-to-cash,
procure-to-pay, inventory management, and supply chain processes using SAP
modules such as SAP ECC, SAP SAP APO, and SAP IBP.
· Develop and implement best practices
for FMCG-specific processes within the SAP framework to enhance efficiency and
productivity.
· Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Utilize SAP Business Intelligence
(BI) tools such as SAP BWand SAP Analytics Cloud to extract, transform, and
analyze data from various sources including SAP and non-SAP systems.
· Create dashboards, reports, and data
visualizations to provide insights into FMCG performance metrics, KPIs, and
trends.
· Generate ad-hoc reports and conduct
scenario analysis to support decision-making by senior management.
· User Training and Support:
· Provide training and support to
end-users on SAP functionalities, processes, and best practices related to FMCG
operations.
· Serve as a subject matter expert
(SME) and primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries, troubleshooting,
and issue resolution.
· Collaborate with the IT helpdesk and
SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system uptime and
reliability.
· Continuous Improvement and
Innovation:
· Stay abreast of SAP product updates,
industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the FMCG sector.
· Proactively identify opportunities
for innovation and optimization within the SAP landscape to drive competitive
advantage and business growth.
· Engage with key stakeholders to
gather feedback, prioritize enhancement requests, and champion initiatives for
continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP
certification is a plus.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience as
a SAP Business Analyst, Consultant, or Functional Lead, with a focus on
implementing SAP solutions in the FMCG industry.
· Proficiency in SAP modules such as
SAP ECC,SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
· Strong understanding of FMCG
business processes including order management, supply chain management,
inventory management, and sales & distribution.
· Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate
business requirements into technical solutions.
· Proven track record of successful
SAP implementations, system integrations, and business process reengineering projects
within the FMCG sector.
· Ability to work effectively in
cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
