Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
solutions within the SAP PaPM environment.
· Develop and configure functions
within the PaPM module to automate and optimize financial allocation models.
· Utilize Hana Development and BW
skills to integrate and enhance data analytics capabilities within PaPM.
· Leverage ABAP development skills to
extend and customize functionalities as needed.
· Actively participate in design
discussions, code reviews, and testing phases to ensure high-quality
deliverables.
· Mentor junior team members,
providing guidance and technical expertise to support their growth and
development.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 8-9 years of hands-on experience in
SAP PaPM development and configuration.
· Proficiency in Hana Development and
BW, with a strong understanding of data modeling and analytics.
· Solid knowledge of ABAP development
with the ability to customize and extend SAP functionalities.
· Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient
solutions.
· Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in
cross-functional teams.
· Proven experience in mentoring and
coaching junior team members.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
· SAP certifications in PaPM, Hana, or
related areas are a plus.
