Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: SAP OTC Consultant

Experience: 3-8 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Hyderabad

JD:

·       Cash application's and collection

·       Reconciling and processing customer payments.

·       Timely update the process in SAP& C4HANA.

·       Verifying, Analyzing & Resolving all System Generated BPEM cases in day to day and release bill outsort to the customer.

·       Trouble shoots (Issuing CRs, PKRD &MVFY) and resolves problems in a timely manner, including researching & Answering client queries.

·       Verifying Data usage in IEE & SAP with Program ID

·       Edit the interval data in IEE for BPEM cases accordingly.

·       Maintains and updates-Reports/Trackers in daily basis.

·       Verifying and ensures that all info is accounted for and entered in system.
