Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Process solution consultant

Experience: 4-9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

·       Proven experience (4-9 years) as a Process Consultant or similar role.

·       Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization.

·       Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or ARIS.

·       Proficiency in implementing process solutions using software platforms like SAP, Oracle BPM, or Pega.

·       Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·       Project management experience is a plus.
