Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

JD:

Technical Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of Windows client OS like Windows 10 & 11.

·       Strong knowledge of Windows Imaging/OS deployment using tools like WDS/MDT/SCCM

·       Strong in Hardware Troubleshooting skills and log the call with Vendor for hardware replacement.

·       Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Office-365/Office 2013).

·       Advance level system troubleshooting and application troubleshooting (Event log check, disk space checks and error/failure logs) for local and remote support.

·       Hands on experience on Asset management and Asset Tracking Skills.

·       Good Knowledge on MacBooks hardware troubleshooting and knowledge iOS

·       Create queries or reports based on the requirements and share to management.

·       Expert in handling incidents/tickets and service requests based on priority.

·       Expert in handling Conference Room?s Audio & Video conference setup & support.

·       Good knowledge of Active Directory 2008/2012 (DHCP, DNS and OU/GPO).

·       Good knowledge in Network concepts with troubleshooting skills (LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi)

·       Good to have Software License management experience

·       Good interpersonal skills in Vendor management.

·       Good in managing and troubleshooting skills with IP phones (Avaya/ Cisco)

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Diagnosing, troubleshooting, Researching, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues on Laptop and Desktops on both OS & Hardware.

·       Taking owner ship on Tickets and Tasks assigned.

·       Asking JDA Associates targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem

·       Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA.

·       Providing support to Associates through a series of actions, email or chat, until they?ve solved a technical issue.

·       Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. security/network/systems teams)

·       Provide prompt and accurate feedback to JDA Associates
