· 1-4 years of experience in technical
support, preferably in an international voice process environment.
· Strong troubleshooting skills with
the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
· Proficiency in communication, both
verbal and written, with fluency in English for international customer
interactions.
· Familiarity with operating systems
(Windows, MacOS), software applications, and basic networking concepts.
· Customer-centric approach with a
focus on delivering high-quality support and solutions.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Experience with CRM systems and
ticketing tools for incident management and tracking.
· Flexibility to work in rotational
shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
