Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in technical
sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques,
tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and
candidate databases.
· Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and
stakeholders effectively.
· Excellent organizational skills,
attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proactive and results-oriented
mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent for technical roles.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking
systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
