Roles and Responsibility
Role: HR Specialist

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

JD:
  • SIM Ticket Management. Maintain SIM ticketing queue as the main owner for resolving and triaging tickets. Update current ticketing templates and create new templates as needed. In Q3, there will be increased student support requests post packages launch.
  • Maintain Compensation Package Files. Making updates to compensation details as requested. Create and accurately maintain multiple versions of Compensation
  • Package Files, which are required for various compensation products utilized to intake compensation details stored in the Compensation Package Files. Complete periodic audits of the Compensation Package Files to ensure accuracy.
  • SOP Maintenance. Maintain standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) and policy documentation for special populations. Update current SOP documents as procedures change. Identify gaps in documentation and assist in writing new documents as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communications. Responsible for various stakeholder communication projects, including but not limited to a weekly update newsletter and wiki page building. Partner cross-functionally with identified special populations recruiting teams. Assist in triaging inquiries and work requests.
  • Ad-hoc Special Population Requests. Assist with incoming special populations (new ISR high school interns, L4 economists, etc.) off-cycle package creation
  • Shared Drive to WorkDocs Migration. This requires program/project management and administrative support work due to the number of stakeholders involved and the volume of files to be migrated. Without centrally provided automated migration tools, we are conservatively estimating this effort to require at least 13 hours per week in Q3 and 4 (312 hours).
  • Data Migration Audits/Corrections. Conducting data integrity audits and correction for systems transition (Range Management Portal to Invest). CWR will assist with auditing to identify discrepancies, coordinate stakeholder input on corrections/adjustments, validate correction/adjustments, and participate in data uploads. We anticipate this effort will take 20 hours per week in Q3 (240 hours).
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the deployment of automation projects for existing manual calculators and dashboards (ITOW UAT) in Q2 and 3 (Sep/Oct 2023). This effort is estimated at 10 hours per week (160 hours).
  • Data Access Management. Moving access requests for confidential compensation files from multiple lanes to a single SIM queue. These requests are currently received over email to the group and are recorded manually in excel sheets. This project requires coordination with BIE team and UAT to ensure customers are able to easily reach out for access and receive valid/verified satisfactory response regarding their concern. Estimated effort is 2 hours per week in Q2 and 3 (24 hours).
  • Administrative Support. Continuing administrative support with daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks (ticketing, report downloads and archiving, weekly location category assignments, weekly range uploads and TGIF verification, International Assignee maintenance and audits (ongoing 20 hours per week or 960 hours annually).
  • Q1 2024 Support. Providing ongoing Q1 2024 support with Daily Downloads, audits, ticketing, weekly administrative task such as pay range location category assignments, and process documentation. Estimated effort is 30 hours per week in Q1 2024 (360 hours)
