Roles and Responsibility

Role: Enablement Specialist

Experience: 3-4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Analysis and Curriculum Design:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather relevant information and insights around enablement projects.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, target audience, and performance gaps.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.    
  •  Content Development:
  • Create high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning modules, gamified micro-learning videos, training videos, instructor-led training materials, job aids, assessments etc.
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in instructional design to enhance training delivery.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and update learning materials accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
  • Proficient in content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia.
  • Proficiency with HTLM 5 for creating custom learning interventions is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
