Role: Senior Project Manager
Experience: 10-12 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Location: Bangalore
JD:
Matrix-management of multiple teams from product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, process analysts and engineers
Identifying bottlenecks in processes and devising solutions to these problems
Governance reporting and tracking issues, risks, and actions.
Leading project meetings with senior leaders on status of the projects
Delivering features, projects and products using an appropriate agile methodology
Leading a collaborative and dynamic planning process
Passionate to understand emerging technologies and adapt to client problems
Collaborate across the company with the appropriate groups related to the program.
Client onboarding and potentially working with client integrations as the product continues to grow in the market.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree or 10 years of program/project management experience.
Extensive experience managing technical and product teams.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management processes and in launching product to market.
Strong experience and knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
Proactive, consultative and an excellent problem solver.
Comfortable working in new technology and in a very fast-paced environment.
Experienced working in agile using toolsets like Jira, Confluence and power point
Excellent communication skills.
