JD:
· Use his/her business understanding
to turn internal customer requirements into designs; this, to ensure that the
IT infrastructure architecture delivers in line with set company standards.
· Work with customers and outsourced
partner to design appropriate solution fit for purpose according to
specifications and requirements set by the business customers
· Technical Guidance on Complex
Incidents\ Problem Root cause analysis by assisting service management team in
understanding the shortcomings, incidents and problems, in order to work with
our service provider to further enhance the service and its delivery.
· Be the subject matter expert in Data
Center Infrastructure Technologies
· Is responsible for the technical
service design, and adoption of the latest data center technologies.
· Define the content of the technology
roadmap and are accountable for developing the underlying technical platform of
the platform(Windows\Linux) services
· Act as the technical point of
contact for our internal customers globally.
· Provide guidance during the
implementation of proposed architectural solutions in an outsourced
environment, including infrastructure sizing, hardware and software selection,
deployment considerations and systems integrations.
· Patching & Vulnerability
Management.
· Maintain technical currency through life
cycle management planning.
Key

· Ensuring delivery to users and managing
an outsourced environment
· Establishing good collaborations
with key stakeholders and business representatives
· Designing architectural solutions
from scratch, as well as using our service catalogue, and integrating them into
the existing environment
· Working under time pressure and
quickly adjusting to architecture or project demands
· Cooperating with business and
application teams to develop solutions
· Working with our outsourcing vendors
to evaluate, re-design if necessary, and help our customers in their request
for solution of services

· Relevant Architect Experience:
8+years
· Overall IT Experience: 10+ years
· Good to have, Basics of:
· Either Notes & Domino
· Or Mainframes z\OS, Batch Job
Processin
· Direct experience in working on
Solutions Architecting
· Excellent communication &
presentation skills in English
· Understanding of Infrastructure
Management Services and the respective market trends
· Must understand ITIL Process
Role
description
· Potential candidate will be someone
with a technical degree in IT, and experience from large-scale IT delivery.
It?s also important that the candidate has knowledge of infrastructure
outsourcing and x86 infrastructure, such as hypervisor with a focus on VMWare,
Windows, and Storage to name a few. To succeed in this role, the candidate will
need a solid technical understanding and a background as a Solution or
Infrastructure Architect.
