Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Resourcing Advisor

Experience: 2-6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

JD:

Qualifications:

·           Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·           2-6 years of experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·           Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

·           Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·           Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

·           Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

·           Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

·           HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not required.
