Responsibilities:
· Must have strong knowledge in SAP
HCM.
· Good knowledge of SAP Success
Factors Recruitment and OnBoarding Modules.
· Should have completed at least 2
end-to-end implementations in SF RCM and RMK and 1 end to end implementation in
Onboarding.
· Certification is mandatory for RCM
and RMK.
· HR domain knowledge is an added
advantage.
· Must be able to communicate clearly
and concisely.
· Must have good documentation skills
and should be able to work in global environment.
· Knowledge & Comfortable working
with XML and SF Data Models Experience in understanding complex reports for
SuccessFactors modules using Advanced Reporting, Adhoc Reporting
· Hands on experience in RCM
Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates set up.
· Good communication skills are
mandatory
