· 1-3 years of experience in IT
support, service desk, or help desk roles.
· Strong technical skills in
troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
· Experience with operating systems
(Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Office Suite, and common business
applications.
· Familiarity with ITIL concepts,
incident management processes, and ticketing systems.
· Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal.

passion for delivering exceptional service.
