Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Process Solutions Consultant

Experience: 3-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (BBA/MBAs preferred).

·       3-8 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or consulting roles.

·       Ability to work during US hours (~10PM-6AM) and collaborate effectively with global teams.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

·       Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous learning mindset.

·       Prior experience in process-based work, SOP development, and SLA management.

·       Familiarity with process automation tools, workflow management systems, and project management methodologies.

·       Level: AL2/SAL1 (Associate Level 2 / Senior Associate Level 1).
