Roles and Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

·         To lead implementation and integration of BMC Remedy/Helix projects

·         Design and leads the integration of Remedy with third-party applications via Helix connectors

·         Closely work with customer to understand scope and owns all aspects of technical planning and delivery

·         Owns all project deliverable and is accountable to get them completed as per timeline

·         Leads a team and provides guidance, mentoring and support to project team members

 

Technical Experience:

·         8 plus years of relevant experience across all ITSM module and integrations

·         Experience on Helix integrations suite, ARS ITSM customizations and deep understanding of workflows

·         Experience with delivery of complex integrations with REST, web services and APIs

·         Remedy ITSM, Atrium CMDB, ARS 9 or above, ITSM suite Web Services

·         Should have Remedy and Jira integration skills
