Roles and Responsibility

·         Managing the Build and Deploy pipelines for various apps in MC – Jenkins

·         Deploying the services to the internal cloud infrastructure

·         Debugging the issues with the deployments

·         Managing the traffic flow using various applications like Akamai, XMLGW, Nginx

·         Creating the properties for Akamai to divert the traffic to respective applications

·         Managing the Change Requests related to our apps

·         Creating the dashboards in Splunk and Dynatrace, setting up the required alerts as per the need

·         Software Defined Infrastructure and setup CI/CD using Jenkins

·         Monitoring, Logging and health checks using Splunk, Dynatrace

·         Operational Readiness, playbook and Implementation review

·         Delivery includes shipping code, coordinating launches, gating criteria, monitoring

·         Jenkins (CI/CD)

·         Gitbash

·         Bitbucket

·         Rally (For Story and Bug Tracking)

·         Splunk and Dynatrace for Monitoring

·         Akamai

·         Postman (HTTP status codes)
