Knowledge and usage of tools
File Manager/File Aid, Xpeditor, Endevor and SPUFI

Should be able to customize
the JCL's to the testing environment using production JCL's
·
Basic skills in IMD DB/DC
·
DB2 Data Base testing
knowledge and SQL skills
·
Analyse abends from spool and
usage of debugging tools.
·
Should be able to analyse the
COBOL, DB2 code when required
·
Knowledge on CTD/IGNITE
·
Should be able to
independently handle task and deliver the assigned task in time
·
Analyse the
requirements/technical design document and prepare test scenarios and test
cases
·
Create test data to drive
developed test cases. Execute test cases and raise defects using Quality Centre
ALM
·
Identify and escalate risks
and issues to leads Managers daily status progress reporting to leads Managers
Attend project calls and meetings
·
Should have good experience
in Quality Centre ALM/Jira
·
Well versed with the
different testing methodologies, techniques phase’s tools and can use the same
as per the project requirement
·
Excellent oral and written
communications skills, ability to accept and deliver assistance to meet
deadlines, self-directed, organized capable of multi-tasking
·
Should have good analytical
and problem-solving skills
·
Should have good
collaboration, teamwork skills
