Basic knowledge on service
now or other ticketing tool

Knowledge on ITIL and SDLC
·
Knowledge on UNIX commands

Minimum experience on MySQL
and usage of SQL developer or Toad tool

Good communications skill

IT support experience
·
Provide technical assistance
and support 24X7 for incoming queries and issues
·
Being able to ask questions
to determine the nature of problem
·
Manage escalations, perform
functional RCA
·
Prioritize tickets based on
established guidelines for technical support teams to analyse and resolve
·
Follow up with customers to
ensure issue has been resolved
·
Analyze issues/ queries for
automating the monitoring/ analysis tasks for all applications in scope using
client selected tool
·
Shell scripting is added
advantage. Sound interpersonal communication skills, team player and problem
solving skills
·
Having telecom background is
added advantage
