guidelines

Should be able to evaluate and hire designers and researchers
who can help in the growth of PharmEasy

Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to
set the vision and agenda for the overall product

Take the accountability of the overall health of the products
you design and bring in predictability of the deliverables of your team
·
Effectively prioritize complex workload, regularly communicate
clear timelines, status updates and design requirements to internal customers
at all levels, including senior management

Build excellence in design as a team of designers expands and

Perform audits on processes to obtain data on teams' efficiency,
alignment on productivity and quality metrics
Experience and Skills Required:
·
Strong portfolio of innovative, customer-centric design work
that demonstrates proficiency in interaction and visual design
·
Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting
usability studies, performing user research)
·
Adopts an iterative approach to problem solving
·
Capable of translating concepts into concrete representations in
order to clarify ideas and promote collaboration based on shared understanding
·
Cross-team and cross-discipline communication skills and
understanding of related business and technology processes
·
Fluency in best practices of User Interface Design, Information
Architecture, and Interaction Design, practical knowledge of User-Centered Design
processes and lifecycles
·
Ability to provide and effectively communicate strategic and
tactical recommendations based on quantitative/qualitative data and optimal
design practices
·
Experience delivering retail products and services for B2B/SAAS
platforms
