Roles and Responsibility

·         Hands on troubleshooting experience on windows 10 operating system

·         Must have worked in client server architecture model and troubleshooting client server related issues within Active Directory domain

·         Basic understanding DNS, DHCP, GPO management, performance analysis

·         Understanding on GPO at the client side

·         Basics of Citrix VDI and troubleshooting experience citrix VDI related issues

·         Troubleshooting experience on application issues that are published through Xenapp and App-V

·         Basic knowledge of Citrix components like delivery controller, director, studio and storefront

·         Distributed file system

·         Troubleshooting performance issues in client operating system and basic understanding on server side performance

·         Troubleshooting experience on common issues like login issues, profile issues, file share and printing, slowness issues, VPN issues, antivirus clients etc

·         Experience on service now
