Focal point for any queries related to the account
·
Sets up and runs the Project Office support system in carrying
out PMO deliverables
·
Monitors the Project Office Mailbox (Task ID) on real time basis
and gets the queries / requests addressed within defined SLAs
·
Investigates standard tools and methods and rolls out to
Delivery Leads and Projects Coordinators (POC) as and when appropriate
·
Owns the agreed project processes and procedures. Reviews
regularly and updates to reflect the changing needs of Project Management
System
·
Maintains and communicates generic departmental information to
the entire PMO & Portfolio community
·
Controls the flow of information within the PMO and owns and
maintains the central repository of information for the portfolios in it
·
Assists the Account Portfolio Manager (APM) & Program
Manager proactively on a day to day basis
·
Designs & Implements the reporting information of projects
to the client using tools (IPWC, PRIMA and PFMT etc.)
·
Ensures the project SLAs are maintained within agreed budget, if
not, gets the reason for the project push out / project placed on hold on PgMP
tool
·
Provides monitoring and control functions to Project
Coordinators via regular reviews
·
Sets up & leads the Governance and assurance of project
deliverable such as RAID logs, change control logs using specified tools and ensures
appropriate internal governance is adhered
·
Facilitates the tracking of Account finances through reports on
Forecast vs. Actual & Project budget spent (PFMT or any Project Finance
Reports from IPWC) etc.
·
Ensures the project team is working with the same (current)
level of data
·
Interlocks with account teams such as Commercial, Business
Office, RFS and Finance teams
·
Provides assistance to maintain the Quality of all the projects
in account
·
Improves the ability of management to identify problems early to
allow corrective actions
·
Manages utilization and assignment of the PMO team – workload
management
