What You Will Do The Application Developer is a collaborative
team player who has willingness to learn and improve Reporting application and
contributes to team’s success:

Contributes to an open agile culture that enables employees’
development through kind and candid feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and

Ensures the team meets and exceeds short-term and long-term
strategic priorities by collaborating with global technology teams located in
Chicago and India
·
Collaborates with architects and development leads to identify
priorities and build a strategic, client-centered solution
·
Ensures compliance and identifies and escalates risks, with an
eye toward change control procedures and data security
Key Knowledge and Skills As an Application Developer, you must
have experience with majority of the following skills:
·
Minimum of 4 years of React JS, Html 5, CSS, Bootstrap, Java
script (advanced) , NodeJS, ESX 6, Maven
·
Should be well versed with Devops (CI and CD), Agile, Cloud
deployment (Any cloud), Git (pull request)
·
Experience in Single page application (SPA), Experience with Node,
Webpack, and NPM libraries
·
Experience with Test Driven Development
·
Experience in working with a cross-functional team or
large-scale software development lifecycle
·
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
·
Work portfolio (applications, code samples) that demonstrates
systematic and creative development thinking as well as a very deep
understanding of UI development best practices
The following nice-to-haves represent just a few of the other
experiences that may be relevant to this position:

Having Redux and other UI FW’s are added advantage
·
Experience in financial services
·
Experience working effectively with diverse groups around the
world, including IT management, technology staff, business partners, consultants,
vendors and clients
·
Experience using Tomcat and Docker/Kubernetes
