Roles and Responsibility

·         MIS expert – Working knowledge of Advance Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Sumifs, Countifs, Conditional Formatting, Filter, Macro, Advanced Excel, MIS Reports, Power Point)

·         Customer Handling skills

·         Email Etiquette

·         Excellent written communication skills

·         Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

·         Ability to work for long hours and as per role requirement

·         Ability to work independently

 

Job Responsibility:

·         Work on daily, weekly, Monthly reporting for iLearn as per business requirement

·         Working on Genome reporting as per SLAs defined by business

·         Back-up for Mandatory Training Restrictions process (Choke Process)

·         Training Assignments and tracking – Certification tracking, pulling out reports, Creating events, sessions and curriculums on the tool. Reporting New Hire status, Tracking progress on iLearn

·         End to end knowledge of LMS tool in order to respond to queries, research and do an RCA

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Excellent communication skills – spoken as well as written English

·         Strong Customer handling skills

·         Experience in BPO customer interaction environment

·         Exposure to a Learning Management tool

·         Exposure to Power BI

·         Working knowledge of MS Access

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

·         Strong customer orientation, works with minimal supervision, demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
