Roles and Responsibility

·         Problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions

·         Plan and assign daily job duties to workers

·         Final Inspection of product before dispatch to customer

·         Manual and Automation testing of Point to point, point to Multipoint Radio Modem, WiFi Radio, Access point (AP25) IP backhaul units and E1 radios in 2.4GHz and 5.8 GHz ISM band

·         Hardware testing & debugging of PCBA’s

·         System level and PCBA card level debugging of IP Radios

·         Manual & Automation testing of BTS

·         Working knowledge on Altium Designer, Putty, winscp, Lab View, Tera term, JDSU, Puma, and Perl platforms, Agile & ERP database
