·         To Meet Project Milestones packaging & logistics deliverables

·         To Manage flow engineering and change management; Packaging & Logistics Cost Optimization

·         To Arrange " Logistics & Packaging approval " for new flows and meet project milestones

·         To Define and Manage Delivery, Quality, Service levels, TLC Targets

·         To Manage new parts flows & supporting HUB & Plant Operations Team
