2+ years’ experience in recruitment

2+ years’ experience in US recruitment ideally in the
SW/technology/Supply Chain sector
•
Exceptional written & verbal communication, interpersonal,
and decision-making skills
•
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and
internet search
•
Prior experience with job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice,
etc) and HR software (UltiPro) and excel is a plus
•
Must have prior sourcing experience and scheduling interviews
across multiple time zones
•
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related
field)
•
Strong follow through and must be detail oriented
•
Dedicated, hard-working with a 'can-do' attitude
