Job Description:
As Part
of the Process
Validation Area (PVA)
Operations, this role will support in the physical validation of the product
and process design from various teams like Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics functions during the New product /process
design introductions.
Job
duties:
• Validation of the
Product/Process Design during the NPI/NSI/NTI Introduction through APQP Approach (25 Prime
Products Validations Planned in 2022 – OHT/HEX/LMT).
• Perform detailed validation as per the
Process Validation guidelines to evaluate the safety risks and reduce the risks
for the new processes (Validation of 800+ Activities/Each Tuck Models).
• Analyse the new
product/process designs and ensure stop capability at PVA to ensure zero
defects at customer end (NPI/NSI
Prime Products – 9 Prime Product Validations).
• Analyse
and Capture the defects through BIQ standards, collaborate with Various cross
functional teams in arriving at the right solution for the defects and robust
RCCAs to eliminate the reoccurrence.
• Analyse the Failure
Modes in Product/Process Designs for 800+ Activities and Collaborate with Cross
Functional teams in Improving the prevention
controls.
• Develop Build Plan, Resource
Plan and Execute the Physical Build during the Validation to meet the
Manufacturing Process Design Takt Requirements.
• Develop
and Execute Dynamic Layouts /Tool Setup in line with PVA guidelines to align
with the process design.
• Perform
Cost Analysis as per the process design/program requirements.
•
Collaborate and work with Cross Functional team in executing the PVA Operations
as per the Build Plan.
• Manage
the PVA Shop Floor Operations as per the CPS Guidelines.
Desired
Competencies /Experience:
•
Undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and
process engineering are other acceptable fields of study.
• Ability
to communicate clearly and Openly in Native Language and English.
• Need Minimum 1 years
of experience in Shop Floor Operations
• Should
have working knowledge in Virtual process planning software using Teamcenter
Vismockup.
• Need
better communication skills, Critical thinking Skills, Problem solving skills.
• Strong
MS Applications skills.
• Strong
analytical skills – able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly
and effectively.
• Ability
to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent follow-up and attention
to detail.
