Roles and Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of the clients and stakeholders.

·         Help to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.

·         Interact with client and internal stake holders.

 

Desired Competencies/ Experience:

 

·         Should be able to interact with client and internal stake holders.

·         Should be able to understand project staffing and billing and support the Delivery team.

·         Should be a quick learner and able to understand project lifecycle and support PM.

·         Experience in HR activities is desired.

·         Relevant Experience Required: 3+ years.

·         Good to have Good knowledge on MS Office (especially Excel & PPT).
