· Understanding of packaging and supplier management
skills,
· Resolve issues by following departmental guidelines, validate
returnable quantities through simulations, participate in resolving safety and
/ or quality issues caused by current packaging,
· Resolve issues reported by customers and process
partners, Audit conformance to packaging usage guidelines.
Desired Competencies/Experience:

Working experience in design*-Preferred (tools like
CREO, AFX).
·
Work experience in Logistics (Inbound, Line side presentation,
Outbound, Parts shipment), New product Launch experience, cross functional team
handling (Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Transportation, SCM) & Customer
facing, TCO sheets, Returnable Management, Loop Calculation, Project Management

Work experience in OEM Packaging function preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and
communication skills.
·
Knowledge / Understanding of 6 Sigma Project
Management principles.
·
Knowledge of Project Management Principles.
·
Extensive experience with Cat Packaging Management
systems.
·
Experience with Freight Order Management.
·
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and customer service
skills.
·
Customer Service, Logistics, Operations and/or Supply
Chain planning.
·
Develop and deploy creative / original solutions to
complex problems.
·
Thorough understanding of company policies and
procedures.
·
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
·
Capable of working, communicating and coaching with a
variety of company and supplier personnel.
·
Green Belt Experience: Experience
in Global Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing or Supply Chain.

Experience in using inventory management and / or
returnable packaging track and trace systems Advanced expertise in using
inventory management and / or returnable packaging track and trace systems.
·
Education Qualification: Btech Mechanical with
experience in OEM Packaging.
