SAP HANA Basis administration and technical support,
transport management, batch management and production support for SAP environment.

Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and refresh
to ensure stability and related systems.
·
Definition, planning and implementation of system
operations – System Refresh, Solution Monitoring.
·
Perform root-cause-analysis, as well as performance
management and optimization of SAP Systems.
·
Proactively analyse SAP environment to detect
deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
·
HANA DB- Administration & Operations.
·
All non-HANA DB (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2/MaxDB)
Administration, Operations and Support.
·
Documenting SAP processes, procedures, and plans,
including changes, upgrades, and new services.
·
Overall responsible for managed services SLAs like
availability (proactive monitoring), Incident resolutions as per
Protera SLAs, System recoverability (100%).
·
Manage maintenance related changes and negotiate
service windows with customer as per IBM resources availability.
·
Prepare and manage customer specific technical
procedures.
·
Works well with teams or in a team environment, with
the ability to work independently.
·
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3
Basis delivery.
·
Ability to negotiate and communicate with other
support partners like SAP and Functional partners.
