The Project Manager is responsible for the successful
implementation of the Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) software for Australia
and Singapore. The Project Manager is a key member of the project team and will
have ownership of the overall project lifecycle and governance including
coordinating on project deliverables, reporting and escalation of issues,
risks, dependencies to stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the APAC CFO, the Project Manager will
leverage existing subject matter expertise and acumen to successfully implement
the Global Regulatory Reporting software within budget and timely.
This role will interact and build relationships with key
stakeholders including the Australia and Singapore Finance Teams, Global
Program Manager, US Regulatory Reporting Team and the external vendor.
Major Duties
The key responsibilities of the role include:

Implementation of the Global Regulatory Reporting
(GRR) tool for Australia and Singapore.
·
Subject matter expert in project management with
technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise.
·
Co-ordinating across different stakeholders, locations
and business units.
·
Independently deliver a complex change initiative.
·
Collation of updates across the work streams for
upward reporting to stakeholders, actively managing the relationship and
engagement with stakeholders.
·
Reporting to the appropriate Steering Committees and
Working Group.
·
Monitor and track project governance with regard to
Issues, Risks, Milestones and decisions needed.
·
Ensuring overall adherence to the timeline and plan
for relevant project implementation and onward communication to stakeholders
and senior management.
·
Can independently help work with business units to
document workflows and map reporting needs and requirements.
·
Other Project Manager duties include:
·
Planning work in conjunction with business priorities.
·
Planning all aspects of the project undertaken (project
life-cyle).
·
Managing the project with a focus towards on-time,
on-budget and on-scope delivery and a solid focus on identification and
management of risks.
·
Setting up, chairing and participating in regular
project meetings.
·
Liaising with peers throughout the global business.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:

Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2).
·
Previous experience working in regulatory software/ERP
rollout in a project management capacity.
·
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and
presentational.
·
A good understanding of current regulatory environment
across the Industry in Australia and Singapore.

Strong global awareness and adaptability in order to
work well with partners/users in various locations/time zones.
·
Self-starter, and be able to think ahead and schedule
tasks.

Ability to be flexible and change priorities quickly.
·
Ability to lead and influence other departments to
deliver with the tenacity to follow up on outstanding actions.
Shift Hours - 8am-4pm (local time) to get overlap with Singapore
and Australia. Please note there will be some days the PM will need to flex as
there will be US calls to attend every second week etc.
