Data Security Analysts are responsible for
provisioning/de-provisioning, analyzing, and maintaining system access on
Northern Trusts security systems. This is accomplished by accessing various
operating system applications on multiple platforms.
The Responsibilities are:

Provisioning/de-provisioning, analyzing and
maintaining system access. Process access requests in accordance to procedures.
·
Process Access Certifications.
·
Process access changes for department reorganizations
or large group changes.
·
Ensure proper and authorized access to data systems.
·
Follow information security policies and procedures in
granting access. Create or modify procedures as assigned.
·
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Desired Competencies/Experience:
· Knowledge of and adherence to corporate security
policy and procedures, and data processing, usually acquired through related
work experience. Analytical, problem solving,and organizational skills are
required to create or modify procedures as assigned.
·
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments is
necessary to perform provisioning requirements.
·
Process Guidelines Procedure updates will be completed
with the following in mind: company will determine which procedures to update
and inform Team Leader(s).
·
Team Leader(s) will assign the provisioning tasks to
team members.
·
The team lead is the first point of contact regarding
procedures or access provisioning, questions, comments or concerns.
·
Report all access and system issues to the team lead
via Teams or email.
· The team lead will submit access requests as
necessary. If an INC is required, approval from team lead is required prior to
creating INC. The team lead should be copied on all correspondence to partners.
·
All correspondence must be sent via the appropriate
and shared mailbox.
·
Experience: 0 to 2 years of exp.
Note : Shift Timings: Rotational Shift (Includes Night Shift as
well).
