Ensure process KPI are met and derive on action plans.
Prepares and runs operational performance reviews with leadership
team and drives improvement plans.
Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a
solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Produces moderately to highly complex deliverables, analyses and
reports using business applications, making recommendations and/or decisions on
common issues.
Understands business issues and makes appropriate recommendations
by applying intermediate subject matter expertise.
Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium
projects.
Ensure record retention and process governance.
Desired Competencies/Experience:
Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g. MS
office, SAP, etc).
Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team.
Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and Post-Graduation degree preferred.
Typically, 8+ years of operations experience in a business related
function, preferably Claim processing, sales operations, finance, accounting,
special pricing, account management or order management.
