HR Technology
Project Manager:
We are looking
for a HR Technology Project Manager to join our HR Systems team and be part of
our fast-paced and results-oriented culture as we embark upon our journey to
implement Workday. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record
Project managing HR Information Technology projects. The candidate should also
have a proven track record implementing and developing Workday integrations,
with strong knowledge of the Workday HCM module. Previous experience developing
in PeopleSoft and Service Now is very desirable. This is a technical project
management role that requires strong project management, technical project
leadership, Workday Integration skills and administrative skills. This is a
hands on technology role. Scrum Master Certification is desirable.
Job Duties:
Oversees the
work of one to two HCM developers.
Manages the
Workday development projects.
Builds and
develops Workday Integrations and Reports.
Maintains and
executes disaster recovery plans for HR Technology.
Responds to
Security and Application Audits.
Conducts
technical review sessions and assures coding standards and best practices are
met.
Serves as
Technical Lead on large and small HCM projects.
Produces good estimates,
technical project and implementation plans.
Maintains Global
Data Protection Regulation documentation.
Maintains
Technical Owner Entitlement Verification information.
Takes ownership
and proactively resolves production problems.
Makes good
decisions independently.
Collaborates
with business partners and third-party vendors.
Offers guidance
to partners based upon experience and research.
Can
independently manage complex technical HR Projects.
Experience
Required:
5+ years
previous HR Project Management and Administration experience.
3+ years
previous Workday, PeopleSoft or ServiceNow experience.
Experience in
the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, Workday
Studio, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware) and building modern SOAP and Rest
APIs in Workday.

Capable of
leading technical projects independently.
Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize daily.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills needed to consult on solutions.
The ability to deliver
projects on time and on budget.
Strong
analytical, programing and troubleshooting skills.
Capable of
building complex Workday integrations independently and following IT SDLC
processes.
Experience in

12:30 pm IST-9:30 pm IST (Need to support Chicago).
