Supporting end-to-end storage activities, including but not
limited to assisting NAS and SAN technologies like NetApp CDOT / Oracle ZFS appliances / EMC Isilon.
Day-to-day operational tasks to support of our internal customers
and external vendor partners. Strong troubleshooting skills along with
coordination to fix and, track and report them to completion.
Communicate effectively on functional and technical aspects to
ensure successful executions.
Attend scheduled calls outside of local working hours.
Capable to monitor, report, manage security, performance
management, and role-based access control. Management of Global NAS
Infrastructure Incident management, good knowledge of ticket management tools.
Be a team player. Ability to manage/handle Sev 1 tickets on
priority Support On-Call 24X7.
Manage systems to provide insight into storage utilization, pools,
allocation, and configuration.
Ability to manage/handle Sev 1 tickets on priority and work in
night shifts.
