Verify
Configuration & planning of various network devices and services (e.g.,
routers, switches, SD-WAN).
Monitor
performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system
resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Provide Level-2
support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Co-originating with stake holder
for downtime and network outage.
Work within
established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness,
approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Select and
implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the
company’s security team.
Liaise with
vendors, ISP and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Involve in
Hardening and compliance of network devices.
Desired
Competencies/Experience:
Proven hands-on
network experience in configuring and troubleshooting. Specially in NOC
environment.
CCNA.
Understanding of
networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, EIGRP).
Solid
understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Knowledge of dynamic routing protocol.
Hands-on
experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Well knowledge
of Ms-Office.
Good
co-ordination with Service provider and branch users.
