Achievement of agreed KPI's in order to meet quality / productivity targets.

Maintain transactional accuracy as per the set quality targets.

Adherence to the organizational procedures and policies.

Excellent ability to work with the team and at the same time demonstrate performance driven by individual efforts and initiatives.

Desired candidate

Excellent communication skills.

Responsible for handling customer on Webchat/Calls and on emails.

Manage live customer experience over chat and handle customer's query and concerns to their satisfaction - Solving all types of customer queries to conclusion, with maximum ?get it right first time.

High focus on customer delight.

Excellent ability to work with the team and at the same time demonstrate performance driven by individual efforts and initiatives.

Willing to work in shifts including night shifts.

Ability and eagerness to learn different skills and knowledge within UK enterprise mobility team.

To maintain the Grade of Service as defined by the Management Team.
