Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing system audits and analyses, managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Responsible for driving Internal and External business KPI's at process level.
- Meets department financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing deviations and initiating corrective actions.
- Handling 3-5 direct reports with indirect spans of 300+ or more advisors and being responsible for internal and External KPI's
- Driving continuous improvement culture within the department.
Drive business strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses.
Identifying and evaluating productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and contributing to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
