The position
will work closely with some highly experienced and tech savvy resources &
collaborate with multiple application teams/business partners around the globe.
Review complex
requirements/ADO stories and translate into effective, efficient, high
performing solutions that leverage fit for purpose patterns and technologies.
Translate high
level solutions into more detailed technical designs. Assist more junior
developers in documenting detailed designs that align with high level solution
and requirements.
Create Design
documents, technical specifications incorporating input and direction from
Solutions Architects.
Work with server
side Architects to define flow and structure of data, consumed from APIs and
external data sources.
Desired Competencies/Experience:
Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent.
8+ years of
experience in IT industry.
5+ experience in
data warehouse tools and minimum 2+ in snowflake tool.
Should have
depth understanding SQL\advanced SQL (analytics)\ PL\SQL.
Should have
depth understanding on data warehouse concepts.
Should have
depth knowledge with various snowflake concepts such as streams\tasks\zero copy
cloning\virtual data warehouse\time travel\snow pipe and various snow flow
concepts.
Should have depth
knowledge on transformation techniques in snowflake and should be able to
perform performance tuning.
Should be able
to take care migration from different environment.
Good to have:
Worked on
similar data ware house \ analytics tool.
Worked on
snowflake integration with reporting tools such as power bi\tableau.
Worked on
snowflake integration Kafka other tool.
Worked on ETL
transformations with snowflake.
Worked on
Airflow with snowflake.
