Study the
existing data load designs, Capture source to target mappings and rules,
perform Data Analysis using sql queries
Redesign the
process as per new process standards, design table structures (staging, middle
layer, reporting layer),
Prepare source
feed requirement document, ETL load design documents for various layers
(staging, middle layer, reporting layer).
Perform data
validations to verify the data load as per the design
Collaborate with
multiple teams involved in the project.
Desired Competencies/Experience:
Minimum 3 years’
experience working as Data Analyst and overall 6-7 years IT experience.
Good
understanding of dimensional modeling, SCD (Slowly Changing Dimension) designs, how to capture
source to target mappings.
Good hands on
knowledge of sql queries and analysis.
How to do Data
analysis/profiling, Good communication skills, Analytical thinking.
Good in doing
documentation, preparing flow diagrams.
Knowledge about
ETL process design.
Knowledge and
experience of working in projects related to Financial Domain.
