Roles and Responsibility

Providing technical analysis & support for enterprise-level application systems to customer and within the organization.

Respond to general questions and troubleshoot tickets in a timely manner.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify the root causes of application error and coordinate with the cloud/support/platform team as necessary.

Managing application migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.

Optimizing software application performance, deliver updates through pipeline, and performing application monitoring.

Develop software application enhancements as per the requirements on need basis and collaborate with technical architecture.

System/Application configuration and keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

Installation and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations.

Responsible for quality and accountability of deliverables.

Desired candidate

Mandatory Skills:

Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of .Net / .Net Core, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, C#, JavaScript, SQL.

Extensive understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.

Good understanding SOA, REST (Web API).

Good understanding of Debugging tools/ utilities like debugview, fiddler, postman, SoapUI, SQL profiler, VS Profiler.

Excellent communicator and ability to work as a team to accomplish a task.

 

Good to have:

Experienced in troubleshooting and monitoring published processes from Cloud Services environment (Cloud experience.)

Familiarity of JS frameworks, Angular/TypeScript/React.

Queryable REST API like oData/GraphQL.

Windows service / background processes.

Knowledge/Experience on B2B, B2C integrations with the third-party system.

Knowledge/Experience on SSRS and SSIS.

Knowledge of Student Information Systems, CRM Systems, ERPs is a plus.
