Roles and Responsibility

The Senior Supply Chain Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.)support services offering advice that follows established Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures to functional areas.

Spanning activities such as catalogue administration; data verifications; analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other SCM transactions using Supply Chain Management(SCM) systems and tools.

Typically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager.
