Located in the
HR People Solutions Team, this role is an entry level administrative role. Role
requires attention to detail, data entry, organization, communication skills
verbally and over email, basic Microsoft experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
and the ability to partner with other teams.
Will assist with
on boarding of consultants into the company tool of record.
Perform rehire checks,
immigration review, and other requirements to complete on boarding.
Assist HR on
boarding team with IT inquiries and ensuring Consultant is properly set up in
the company.
Assist with
collection of paperwork and uploading into the company tool of record.
Assist with
administrative functions for projects involving contingent workforce.
Ability to
provide administrative support for other HR functions.
