Roles and Responsibility

Market Specialist:

 

Role purpose:

 

To lead the Client On-boarding remediation team and review all Global Markets clients to ensure compliance with international regulations and internal policies.

 

·   Work efficiently with the customer to elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities.

·   Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.

·   Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables. 

·   Ensure all data gathering from customer is accurate and professional.

·   Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met on an ongoing basis.

 

Skills & knowledge:

·   Experience with Corporate or Commercial customers.

·   Detailed understanding of regulatory requirements related to On boarding.

·   Understanding of Markets Products & Systems.

·   Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

·   Demonstrated flexibility and experience in working across organisation boundaries.

·   Ability to understand and follow processes.

·   Ability to detect anomalies, errors and investigate and document the associated root causes.

·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills predicate the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

·   Ability to work under pressure in response to specific issues.

·   Knowledge of Dodd Frank/FATCA regulatory requirements.
