Market Specialist:
Role purpose:
To lead the Client On-boarding
remediation team and review all Global Markets clients to ensure compliance
with international regulations and internal policies.

Work efficiently with the customer to
elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate
stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities.

Maintain relationships with internal
and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.
·
Work with the project team to ensure
customer satisfaction with project deliverables.
·
Ensure all data gathering from customer
is accurate and professional.
·
Maintain open communication with stakeholders
to ensure business requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
Skills & knowledge:
·
Experience with Corporate or Commercial
customers.
·
Detailed understanding of regulatory
requirements related to On boarding.
·
Understanding of Markets Products &
Systems.
·
Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical
skills.
·
Demonstrated flexibility and experience
in working across organisation boundaries.
·
Ability to understand and follow
processes.
·
Ability to detect anomalies, errors and
investigate and document the associated root causes.
·
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills predicate the ability to interact with internal and
external stakeholders.
·
Ability to work under pressure in
response to specific issues.
·
Knowledge of Dodd Frank/FATCA
regulatory requirements.
