Roles and Responsibility

·         Handling the User Access and L2- L3 level clarification related issues.

·         Give the proper solution and analysis the bugs related the application and maintain the Communication with business and Vendor team.

·         Maintain the Application workflow by giving the proper clarification and solutions to the field users.

·         Give proper guidance and solution to End user via calling and remote access for maintaining the business User friendly.

·         Working on the SQL application and analysis the application bugs and maintains the data flow from the backend.

·         Testing the some test cases on applications UAT platform for checking the all scenarios of the new Updated patches before deploying on production.
