Notice Period: Immediate

Job Description:

·         Minimum 1 years of IT experience.

·         Basic Technical knowledge.

·         Good communications skills

·         Provide L1 Application support.

·         Monitoring API & dashboard.

·         API, Database and App. troubleshooting.

·         Application and database log Analysis.

·         Report issues to developers or respective team.

·         Any of the monitoring tool experience required.

·         Basic UNIX commands.

·         Shell scripting knowledge.
