The User
Interfaces Core Engineering team delivers platform components and engineering
activities relating to all products in End User Computing, particularly
focussing on standardising user interfaces, automation and telemetry. The Next
Gen Voice Recording project is the identification, certification and deployment
to production of the next generation Voice Recording platform for Deutsche
Bank. The delivery will be managed in 4 stages; Identify Voice Recording
Platform, Product Certification by Voice Engineering, agree
commercials/contract signoff and Global deployment to the existing 5 hubs.
Primarily, we
are seeking candidates with previous Business and Technical Analyst experience,
preferably in an agile software development environment, to Analyse the
business requirements in-line with SDLC standards and guidelines, includes
documentation and updates in the confluence space.
Key responsibilities are the following:
Work as part of
an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements.
Actively
participate in the design and architecture of the application or its
components, investigating and proposing appropriate technologies.
Guides
developers who will implement technical solutions and configure applications in
different environments.
Promotes
re-usability of existing components & contribute to the technical design
documentation.
Follow global
and team guidelines on agile approaches and compliance with security controls.
They will
support or directly manage Engineering, Analyst and Operations resources. With
day to day tasks of planning, monitoring and navigating Change Management
related activities relating to the Global On-premise deployment and SaaS
integration deliveries. Escalation management is expected and the ability to
maintain and provide consistent Management Information including running the
monthly SteerCo is part of their responsibilities. Vendor management and
building successful relationships with Voice Product Owners is essential.
