Job Description - Tech Lead – C#

This role is for a technology expert
who knows the desktop technology stack and acts like a technical
subject matter expert with increasing depth in one or more system area or
spread across multiple system areas. This expert must be effortlessly able to
work in cross functional, matrixed organization and help to develop the
talent/team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.
As a Tech Lead your primary
responsibilities will include:
· 8+ years of previous software development
experience.
· Estimates, designs, code, and test applications
using C++, C#, ASP.Net, MVC and SQL backend.
· Should possess strong working knowledge of C++, C#
with OOPS concept.
· Be excited about and enjoy developing software
using the latest technologies.
· Timely completion of assignments with quality.
· Troubleshooting and debugging, technical problems.
· Create and implement unit test plans and unit test
cases.
Education/Experience
· 8+ years of experience
· Computer science, M.C.A, M.Sc. IT, engineering, or
other related degree.
Business/product
· Finance industry/ Tax and accounting experience is
preferred.
Leadership/Mentor
· Collaborative system design and architecture.
· Deliver service excellence on-time, on-scope and
on-budget.
· Coach team members technically about the system and
existing workflow and processes to quickly bring them up to speed.
· Build team skills using formal and/or informal
training sessions.
· Be a present and vocal member in all phases of the
solution delivery such as project chartering, story mapping, backlog
grooming, sprint planning, and demos/retros.
· Guide the team in the development and various
aspects of SDLC, agile development.
· Engage in coding best practice activities, i.e.,
participate in Development Communities which oversee the code quality of
existing applications.
· Understand technical requirements and code
applications in accordance with application development and maintenance
standards for accessibility, security, enterprise. systems management, as well
as other business requirements.
