Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues for Oracle
project modules, the knowledge of project billing, project cost is required,
and AR/GL related finance knowledge can be a plus.

Should be able to work on Integration areas like Order to Cash, Procure
to Pay and other modules where Projects is being integrated.
·
Should have worked on support projects and adhere to SLA and
should be able to Test end to end flows in Project Costing.
·
Knowledge of integration with DFSD etc.
·
Knowledge of BI reports.
·
Coordinate the development, execution, acted as the liaison
between end users and developers to determine root cause and promote
application enhancements to meet business goals and objectives.
·
Created, reviewed, and executed modular and integrated transaction
test scenarios to ensure proper and expected application functionality prior to
production code migration.
·
Coordinated and lead regression/outage testing.
·
Managed daily activities against documented prioritized resolution
matrix and identified areas of risk which may impact delivery/resolution and
require escalation or input by an additional cross functional support group.
·
Co-led the investigation and resolution of numbers Oracle related
issues steaming from audit finding.
·
Responsible for bringing documented procedures and internal
controls for system.
·
Fostered teamwork and developed rapport with co-workers and
management to ensure a high degree of understand the current production
application issues and enhancement initiatives.
·
Knowledge on service modules like Oracle Install Base module and
IB flow will be an added advantage.
